Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive specializing in Beauty and Wellness to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, along with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our brand, increasing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote beauty and wellness products/services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
2. Brand Promotion:
- Build and maintain a strong brand presence in the beauty and wellness market.
- Develop and implement campaigns to enhance brand awareness and perception.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Analyse and optimize digital marketing efforts to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
4. Content Creation:
- Generate compelling and relevant content for various channels, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
5. Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Use market insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
6. Collaboration with Influencers:
- Identify and build relationships with influencers in the beauty and wellness space.
- Execute influencer marketing campaigns to amplify brand reach.
7. Event Management:
- Plan and execute events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure seamless execution.
8. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management, recommending improvements where necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Media/Business or related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive in the beauty and wellness, preferably in retail / hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of beauty and wellness trends, products, and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice.
