What will you do:
- Business development for various marketplace platforms such as Lazada, Amazon, Shopee, Shopify, Krisshop, etc
- Maintain and ensure product information such as promotional pricing and inventories are up-to-date and accurate for campaign submissions
- Receive and respond to customers online inquiries and concerns through online chat, phone calls, and emails
- Work closely with marketing to plan and execute campaign plans in order to achieve overall sales target
- Analyze and reporting sales performance, market competition, and trends to make proposals for improvement.
- Resolving any operational issues including logistics-related, complaints, discount codes, reviews, and returns.
- Daily maintenance and stocks management.
- Compilation of pre- and post-campaign analysis reports for all online marketing campaign status and progress.
- Propose new promotional mechanics for campaign submissions and promotional activities for own website and third-party e-commerce platforms.
- Support and collaborate with third-party e-commerce platforms account managers in planning and implementing online sales campaigns.
- Responsible for daily operations including processing and fulfilment of online sales orders (coordinate, packing, shipping, billing) and logistics-related matters.
- Handle and respond to consumers’ feedbacks and concerns receive via website and third-party e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and update e-commerce platforms including the creation of product listings, product write-ups, and right-sizing of photo images on e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure all visuals are relevant and submitted in time before campaign dates.
- Responsible for overall online sales and maintain a positive revenue and ratings.
What it takes:
- At least 1 – 2 year of working experience in ecommerce or marketplaces
- Candidate with analytical mind and self-driven are hugely preferred. Candidate is expected to be meticulous, logical thinking and detailed in analyzing platform abnormalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally
- Highly initiative with positive energy
- Sensitive with calculations (Profit and Loss, margins, ROI)
- Process good attitude towards learning and improving
- Basic understanding in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, not a must but a plus point
- Must be digital savvy and comfortable with e-commerce software and e-commerce marketplace selling interfaces
- Must be independent and able to explore e-commerce platforms without supervision
