- JOB REQUIREMENT / RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure that Production schedule meet's customer's demand in term of deliveries and quality.
- Give direction and set specific objective to be achieved.
- Plan and utilize resource, manpower, materials and machines to maximum capacity to meet the company's objectives.
- Liaise, co-ordinate and work with other departments like Quality, Material and Admin.
- Exercise discipline and ensure the subordinate adhere to Company's rules and regulation.
- Responsible for the housekeeping and welfare of department.
- All other ad hoc duties being assigned by superior
EDUCATION / ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
- Degree holder with 1 years related experience in management and 3 years experience in Quality.
- Diploma holder with 3 years of related experience in management and 5 years experience in Quality
- At least 3 years’ experience/knowledge in Manufacturing industry
- Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485, IATF16949
- Results-oriented, meticulous and a self-motivated team player
