Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all rooms in the executive conference suite are properly set up and ready for use. Help improve and maintain the executive conference suiteās service standards and ensure standards are followed through diligent checks
- Welcome all external guests into the executive conference suite, escort them into the executive conference room and conducts the complete welcome routine
- Provide information, advice and make arrangement for use of facilities, travel, transportation, restaurant reservations, and other services
- Handle all executive conference suite user requests, special arrangement, etc. Managing general enquiries regarding Common Facilities
- Act as an onsite coordinator between the users and the service team (stewardesses, caterers, security, technicians, cleaners, facilities managers etc) and ensure excellent delivery of services requested by users
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Customer-oriented
