Role Description
We are excited to invite talented audiologists to apply for the position of:
Product Audiologist
The successful candidate will be the product expert of our product range and he/she will be responsible for all product related matters from handling audiological related enquiry, customer product training, product launch strategy, building relationship with key opinion leaders, product registration management and gathering market feedback to identify business opportunities.
The current position would provide a good bridge for aspiring audiologists who wish to acquire experience and skills to progress into a business development role in the future.
Job Requirements
Product Related Service:
- Conduct presentation/seminar and software training for customers.
- Serving as the consultant to all product and audiological related issues.
- Communicate to customers regarding product phase-in and phase-out processes.
Product Launch:
- Prepare the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively communicate product features and benefits during product launch.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the hearing aid industry.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Provide product information to 3rd party regulatory adviser for all new product registration.
- Update product regulatory compliance records.
Market Feedback:
- Gather market feedback on competitor landscape to identify opportunities and emerging trends.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s in audiology is essential.
- Deep understanding of hearing aid fitting process with outstanding audiological knowledge.
- Passion in offering the highest level of customer care and support to partners.
- Process-oriented with a track record of completing tasks in a structured and orderly manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Good presentation skills with the ability to conduct presentation and training in a group setting.
