- General administrative task & support
- Handling accounts receivable & accounts payable
- Handling general Accounting Tasks
- Administering payroll & maintaining employee records
- Handle MOM matters including work pass application / renewal / cancellation
- Workers dormitory arrangement.
- Coordinate with training & Development.
- Administer leave / MC records.
- Monthly CPF submission.
- Prepare employment letter, confirmation letter, warning letter, etc.
- Support admin function for purchasing, report typing and invoicing.
- Licence renewal & preparation of documents for submission.
- Prossess good organization, communication and people's skills
- Any ad-hoc HR & admin duties assigned.
