Junior Personal Assistant- Philanthropy

TWO Family Office aims to make investments in high-tech companies, real estate properties, stocks and bonds in different countries; also aim to support the charity activities & charity organization society as much as we can to contribute to the society globally. This Junior Assistant at TWO Family Office will focusing on personal assistant & philanthropy, the responsibilities include and are not limited to:


Role & Responsibilities

l General daily administrative work in office, and support Senior to handle Family Office’s schedule and arrangement to ensure records are kept up to date.

l Ensure efficiency of daily office operations and administration of the office to create a positive working environment.

l Support daily office administration & operation like assist in the budget management, handle petty cash, office purchase etc.

l Coordinate office’s travel arrangements and other travel logistics needs. Including air ticketing, arrangement of visas and accommodations etc.

l Oversee and/or assist in organising internal and external events, conferences, and meetings for both business and philanthropy, including but not limited to logistical arrangements and material preparation.

l Conduct philanthropy research, gather data, and compile information, prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

l Prepare related programme logistics and strong team player who provides any other ad-hoc support whenever needed.

l Any other duties assigned from time to time.

l On-the-job training is provided.


Requirements:

l Minimum Diploma (preferably in Business administrative, Social Sciences or related).

l At least 1 years of assistant/secretary experience; preferably holding experience in a family office.

l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.

l Self-motivated professional with the ability to take ownership and responsibility to drive initiatives.

l Good organisational and time management skills to work and meet deadlines, handling multiple projects under pressure.

l Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels of the business is advance.

l Meticulous with excellent attention to details

l Knowledge of Microsoft Office application is required.

l Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

l Willingness to work overtime when necessary and ability to meet tight timelines.
