Strategic and Operations Manager

Scope and Responsibilities:

Cross-Departmental and Global Strategy Support:

· Work closely with and support the Commercial, Financial, Resource, and Technical departments across our global offices.

· Oversee the company's marketing activities, manage the marketing team, and ensure efficient administrative support.

· Develop and implement the organization's strategic plan in alignment with the company's mission, vision, and goals.

· Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

· Collaborate with the core team to define strategic priorities, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis to address system issues.

Financial Management:

· Manage the organization's budget, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

· Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies to optimize resource allocation and improve profitability.

· Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for the core team decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement:

· Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

· Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with external stakeholders.

· Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

· Proven experience in strategic planning, operations management, strong problem-solving skills, root cause analysis ability, and strategic planning and execution.

· Proficient in project management tools like Monday.com and Contractbook.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills, particularly those relevant to our European office locations, are a plus.
