- Responsible for overall performance of assigned kitchens
- Oversee preparation and production of food items
- Covering jobscope on logistic department
- Drive food quality assurance and process improvement
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure deliver-on time fulfillment
- Manage and uphold serviceability and hygiene integrity of kitchen infrastructure & equipment
- Manage staff related matters; including staff integration, coaching/ mentoring and performance management
- Participate in cross functional initiatives, including automation projects
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate manpower for daily operations
- Conduct operational drills to review operating standards and procedures for improvement
- Degree in F&B Management/ Operations, Culinary Arts, OR equivalent
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in food production setting
- Have knowledge in Southern India Cuisine
- Resourceful and innovative
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with an eye for detail
- Split shift working hours
