The role requires the incumbent to be deeply involved in a broad spectrum of HR functions aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience within the organization. The candidate will serve as a critical link, ensuring the delivery of effective HR services and fostering a conducive office environment through collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Engagement & Wellness: Spearhead initiatives and activities that bolster employee wellness and engagement, including the management of company-wide events such as town halls.
  • Learning & Development: Oversee the development and implementation of programs that promote learning and professional growth among employees.
  • Office and Facilities Management: Ensure the office environment is conducive to productivity and employee satisfaction, managing everything from space planning to maintenance.
  • Employee Relations: Handle communications and relations, acting as a mediator to resolve issues and maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Health and Safety Management: Oversee the implementation and adherence to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe workplace for all employees.
  • Project Management: Lead and execute various HR projects and administrative tasks as directed by management, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in an HR Generalist role, with a strong background in office administration.
  • Knowledge: Proficient understanding of Singapore employment law and HR best practices is essential.
  • Skills: The candidate must possess strong operational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage administrative duties, employee communications, and events efficiently.
  • Independence and Resilience: Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourcefulness: The role demands a resourceful and organized individual with a results-oriented mindset.
