Responsibilities
- Employee Engagement & Wellness: Spearhead initiatives and activities that bolster employee wellness and engagement, including the management of company-wide events such as town halls.
- Learning & Development: Oversee the development and implementation of programs that promote learning and professional growth among employees.
- Office and Facilities Management: Ensure the office environment is conducive to productivity and employee satisfaction, managing everything from space planning to maintenance.
- Employee Relations: Handle communications and relations, acting as a mediator to resolve issues and maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Health and Safety Management: Oversee the implementation and adherence to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe workplace for all employees.

Requirements
- Qualifications: A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent is required.
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in an HR Generalist role, with a strong background in office administration.
- Knowledge: Proficient understanding of Singapore employment law and HR best practices is essential.
