Reporting to the Council Chairman, the successful candidate will possess strong leadership and financial management skills, along with a commitment to fostering positive stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure efficient and effective management of town council operations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, government agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders to address concerns and promote community engagement.
- Oversee budget preparation and financial management to ensure prudent financial stewardship and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and supervise day-to-day operations of the town council, including maintenance of common areas, estate cleaning, and waste management.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the town council team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management/Real Estate Management/Business Administration or equivalent
- Proven experience in senior management roles, preferably in estate management.
