Job Description:
The Position holder is responsible and functions as an Electrical Engineer with expertise in LabVIEW. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components, with a particular focus on LabVIEW-based applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects and the efficient operation of electrical systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Create electrical system designs, including circuitry, wiring diagrams, and component selection, with an emphasis on LabVIEW-based applications. Develop and optimize LabVIEW code for data acquisition, control systems, and test automation.
- LabVIEW Programming: Utilize your strong proficiency in LabVIEW to program and debug real-time and embedded systems. Develop custom LabVIEW interfaces and user interfaces for various engineering applications.
- Testing and Validation: Plan, execute, and document testing activities to validate the functionality and performance of electrical systems. Use LabVIEW to automate testing processes, collect data, and perform analysis.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Investigate and resolve electrical system issues, including hardware and software problems. Provide technical support to diagnose and troubleshoot LabVIEW software and hardware-related issues.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of electrical systems. Participate in design reviews and provide input on system architecture and implementation.
- Documentation: Prepare clear and concise technical documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and test procedures. Maintain accurate records of design changes, test results, and project progress.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LabVIEW and other relevant technologies. Continuously expand your knowledge and skills through self-learning and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in electrical system design, development, and testing.
- Strong proficiency in LabVIEW programming, including experience with real-time and embedded systems.
- Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles, circuit design, and signal processing.
- Familiarity with hardware interfaces, such as DAQ (Data Acquisition) devices and sensors.
- Experience with testing and measurement equipment, such as calibrators, multimeters, vibrotesters, flowmeters etc.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python) is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electrical systems is desirable
