Responsibilities:
- Advising Singapore clients on investments France.
- Advising French MNCs and SMEs on Corporate Structuring in South East Asia.
- Advising mainly French Clients on contractual solutions for assignment of employees to South East Asia.
- Draft legal documents and presentations.
Requirements:
- Degree in law from France.
- 1-5+ years PQE as corporate commercial attorney with reputable lawfirms is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French (oral and written) as this position will be dealing with French legal documents.
This position will be based in Singapore.
