Job Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage the business planning process.
- Collate, consolidate and analyze data to prepare various reports for Management by country/region and division.
- Assist in conducting internal and external reviews to identify and report strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and propose initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
- To define strategic plans, actions and capability gap assessments.
- Assist in formulating and implementing the organization's strategy to achieve broad strategic goals.
- Giving insightful analysis and comments on the current business activity to aid decision making
- Coordinate with all departments to develop and implement action plans to achieve mid and long-term business goals as set out by HQ.
- Collaborate closely with all departments and Groups to ensure new projects are aligned with the organization's strategies and values.
Job Requirements:
- Develop an understanding of how to analyze show performance and develop future strategies
- Hospitality to communicate with various people of all level
- Fluent to Native level Japanese & English for translation and communication with global employees/ clients
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks and varied personalities with diplomacy, tact, good judgment, patience and flexibility.
