Job Description
- Responsible for the provision of full secretarial and administrative support primarily for the Chairman and the Vickers office in Singapore
- Coordination, calendar management and making arrangements for the Chairman to attend or present at conferences/meetings/events
- Handle all flight, accommodation and ancillary arrangements during fund raising road shows and personal trips
- Preparation and submission of expense claims on behalf of the Chairman
- When required, driving the Chairman, family members and guests to meetings and events
- Provision of other services and assistance that the Chairman might reasonably require
Job Requirement
- Candidate must be able to communicate with guests and investors, including those who are from Europe, and therefore proficiency in English and French are pre-requisites
- Experience in making travel arrangements (business and personal) in terms of visa applications, airport transfers, flight and hotel reservations
- Able to travel at short notice
- Good knowledge in MS office tools
- Independent, fast learner and adaptable in order to resolve issues/challenges that may arise
- Able to travel extensively at short notice to accompany the Chairman on his business travels
- Must be prepared to work during odd hours / weekends / public holiday when needed to assist / resolve issues, especially when the Chairman is out of town
- Possess a Class 3 valid driving license (or equivalent)
