Roles & Responsibilities :
- Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
Requirement & Skills:
- Driving License
- Experienced on digital door locks intallations.
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
- At least 3 years experience in electrician works or carpentry works.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Able work overtime, weekend and public holidays.
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.
