Key responsibilities:
- Improve and organize customer information.
- Timely answer customers’ questions, and remind customer to renew or upgrade products.
- Arrange one to one teaching, coach software operation for new customers.
- Provide specific training according to the learning situation of clients to help them improve their investment level.
- Establish good cooperative relationship with customers.
- Simple video editing skill.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any relevant fields.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience. We also are open to considering candidates who are new to the workforce and eager to learn and grow with us.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
