Digital Marketing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Website Ideation and CRM Management:

  • ·Be able to define parameters for new website or microsite design based on marketing objectives and requirements.
  • To be responsible for improving the usability, user experience, design, lead generation and conversion optimisation of the internal websites.
  • Champion Internal and external CRM application to drive and ensure leads are being captured and tracked accurately.
  • Manage SEO vendor to develop an SEO strategy and implement tactical campaigns to help maintain website health and improve organic search rankings.

Lead Generation via Digital Marketing Campaigns Management:

  • Implement strategies to generate leads through various digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the relevant and various business units’ team to ensure effective lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
  • Independently create, manage and optimize our digital response channels (PPC, SE), display and social media advertising based on agreed strategies and direction set by the senior manager.
  • Ownership of marketing reporting tools and systems & assurance of constant awareness of platform development, updates & new features.
  • Source and propose new platforms for publicity and campaigns.
  • Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • In-depth reporting of performance including monthly tracking of lead conversion rates, key performance indicators and monthly digital campaign performance across all channels.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints and database.
  • Maintain ongoing reports and compile data for analysis to identify cross sell or upsell opportunities and possibilities for email marketing automation development.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our services and people, grow and engage the follower base and build brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Digital Marketing Tends Analysis:

  • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company brand guidelines.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and advertising platforms and mechanisms that will help keep the company at the forefront of developments in SEO, digital marketing and lead generation techniques.

Marketing Communications and Ad-hoc Tasks:

  • Execute non-digital marketing tactics, events management, collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Ideate content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Copy writing for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field;
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing min 5 years;
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
  • Experience in optimising landing pages;
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments;
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, SEMRush)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools;
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns;
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints;
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines;
  • Experience in executing marketing tactics and events, an advantage.
