Senior Service Team Leader will be assisting in the management of lobby operations.
The incumbent shall be responsible to:
- Ensure smooth operations at gantries and self-registration kiosks.
- Handle difficult visitors and situations and execute service recovery.
- Responsive to emergency situations in the main lobby.
- Conduct regular audits on service, productivity, accuracy and safety to ensure compliance to organization’s guidelines and regulations.
- Conduct competency and confirmation assessments.
- Contribute to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Manage in roster planning and daily deployment.
- Lead the team in continuous service improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in hospitality or front-line customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff.
- Able to communicate fluently in English and a Second Language
- Able to work weekends, public holidays.
- Comfortable to work 2 rotating shifts (morning & afternoon)
