KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Achieve sales target on a monthly basis to help the organization achieve its revenue targets
● Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
● Acting as a point of contact between customers and the organization
● Negotiate terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
● Gather market and customer information
● Respond to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase
● Advise product developers on improvements to include in forthcoming product developments
● Develop promotional programs for special sales
● Create proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure
● Inspect inventory in stock and the quality of the product on display
● Provide customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
● Any other duties as assigned by Director Sales & Marketing
