Job Descriptions:
- Provides strategic leadership and oversees technical, operational, financial, and managerial aspects to ensure successful project implementation.
- Ensures alignment of projects with organizational strategic goals, providing leadership and strategic decision making.
- Oversees all project management activities, including monitoring quality control, financial transactions, and execution of plans.
- Participate in assigning roles and training project teams, provides supervision and monitoring performance.
- Ensures projects meet specified results and quality expectations within scheduled time and cost.
- Regularly updates clients, stakeholders, and executives on project progress and performance.
- Identifies and mitigates project risks to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Ensures compliance with project-related regulations, ensuring environment, safety & health practices are carried out all the time.
- Guides individual project managers, consultant, contractor, and technical staff across the project portfolio.
- Maintaining good relationship with stakeholders including clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors.
- Other adhoc duties as per assigned.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or project management certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years relevant working experience with advance leadership skills managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and good team player with positive work attitude.
