Responsibilities:
· Strong In Exterior & Interior Design conceptualizations and prepare details drawings
· Knowledge of Design Space Planning, Concept Development, Construction Detailing & Implementation
· Determine client’s goals and requirements, understand client’s needs to propose suitable designs.
· Able to handle full set of interior design working including general design, presentation, documentation and site supervision
· Build and maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors
· Excellent knowledge with construction detailing using various materials
Requirements:
· At least a Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or equivalent qualification with 4 years’ experience in residential/ commercial interior design
· Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· Positive attitude and good team player
· Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills with emphasis on attention to details
· Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels in a professional and responsive manner
· Good knowledge of furniture and carpentry work will be an advantage
· Proficiency in Design software (AutoCad, 3D Max, Sketchup, Lumion and Photoshop) & Microsoft Office Applications (Power Point)
