- Collaborate with the management to implement marketing and promotional strategies.
- Handle cash register operations, including handling payments and reconciling cash drawers.
- Track and report on sales, expenses, and cafe performance.

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a cafe or food service industry.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to handle cash and use point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Flexibility in working shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for coffee and food is a plus.
