The Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) is a trade union of employers.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Liase with employers in registering and attending PWM workshop as well as submitting online declaration to MOM.
- Prepare monthly reports and generate invoices for submission to MOM for PWM and EA workshops.
- Manage course registrations and generate Sales Orders.
- Pre-course preparation, open class for on-site and online training and post-training follow-up
- Check, scan and file assessment records
- Check post training evaluation ratings and comments by participants.
- Remind all participants on the completion of the Learner Satisfaction Survey.
- Take on project and task as assigned by the reporting officer.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task, quick to adapt and work in a fast pace environment
- Possess good planning and organizing skills
- Resourceful and able to work independently or in teams
- Self-motivated individual with strong drive for results
