Job Summary
The Inventory Executive will oversee and manage all aspects of logistics and supply chain operations within the organisation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate and optimize resources to ensure efficient project execution. The Inventory Executive will collaborate closely with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment, as well as efficient transportation and logistics management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory control and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.
- Manage inventory tracking and stock consignments with periodic stock reconciliations and reporting.
- Prepare reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
- Receipt of material or accounting for deliveries and stock.
- Evaluates deliveries, shipments, and stock levels to improve inventory control procedures.
- Monitoring fuel and diesel consumption
- Assign and coordinate usage of vehicles, lorries, and machineries according to site demand.
- Ensure usage and handover of vehicles and machineries are properly recorded.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and ensure alignment of logistics activities.
- Assisting in Logistics Manager for administration, upkeeping and recording of Machineries and equipment on site.
- Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, and procedures.
- All other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N or O level qualification
- At least 2 years’ of relevant experience in Construction industry
- A valid class 3 driver’s license will be an advantage
- Computer Literacy
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
