- Maintain Restaurant cleanliness according to proper sanitation standards .
- Daily housekeeping duties .
- Set up tables according to reservation .
- Attend to guests’ requests in a prompt and professional manner.
- Advise guests on food and beverage menu choices .
- Make recommendations.
- Take orders.
- Prepare drink orders.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in an unobstructing and professional manner.
- Manage online and walk-in reservation.
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Respond to complaints promptly . Inform Chef and manager for appropriate service recovery actions to turn unhappy patrons into return guest.
- Collect payments from guests.
- Clean tables after guests have finished dining
- Support monthly inventory stock taking.
Job Requirements
- Able to read , write and converse English.
- Wine and sake knowledge
- Must be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Minimum 5 years experience
Working hours
- 2pm-11pm, Sunday Off. 6 days a week
