- Taking Leadership role in kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleanup
- Maintain control of the kitchen and equipments to ensure efficiency
- Plan menus, generating new dishes according to trends and seasonal ingredients
- Make sure that all staff adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations to keep kitchen clean
- Inspect raw and cooked food to guaranty quality + handle monthly inventory
- Collaborate with the owner to aline kitchen operations with the overarching goals of the cafe
- Recruit and train chefs and kitchen staff
- Be open to growing a Start-up Cafe with the owners and building a family environment
- Culinary Training + Food Hygiene Certification a must
- Positive attitude, Patient and enjoys a fun environment

- 3 years of culinary experience
