- Greet Customers and direct them to a table.
- Plan table arrangement; set-up and clear tables where required
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to Customers at all times
- Prepare mis-en-place at side station before operations
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area on a regular basis
- Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time.
