EA Personnel Responsibilities:
• To handle end to end sales
• To handle customers enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• To understand employer’s requirements
• To match employer's requirements with employee profiles
• To arrange and conduct interviews between the employers and employees
• To prepare all necessary documents required for deployment
• To provide after-sales follow-up and service
EA Personnel :
• Must have experience with recruitment
• Must have CEI – Certificate of Employment Intermediaries
• Strong sales ability, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle all employee and employer matters independently
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
