- To carry out field service attendances to troubleshoot & repair SANY Excavator
Job Requirement :
- Technical degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic certification, having worked on Excavator or heavy equipments.
- Responsible for equipment PDI, start-up, maintenance, inspection, call, technical modification , training and other daily service work..
- Responsible for after-sale market development, increasing parts sales and out-of-warranty equipment charges.
- Responsible for service brand building, customer relationship maintenance and product improvement suggestions feedback.
- With strong hands-on ability, can accurately diagnose and quickly deal with equipment failures.
- Able to write technical reports and able to communicate with owners, also in writing.
