Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Manage and lead on-site construction teams, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with project managers to schedule tasks, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines, promoting a culture of safety among the workforce.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates on project status.
Requirements
- Minimum work experience is 12 (Twelve Years).
- Must agree to work on Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday
- Must agree to work shift basis Night/Day Shift.
- Must have Valid Driving License
- Must have Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course
- Must have Lifting Supervisor Safety Course
- Must have Work at Height Course
- Must have Perform work in Confined Space
