We are seeking an innovative, creative, and community-centric Marketing Executive with proven ability to assist in our marketing campaigns and global growth.
The successful candidate will be joining our marketing team and is required to work closely with cross-functional teams; (e.g.,) Business Affairs, Operations, Retail and Creative teams to ensure marketing success.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the preparation of pre-order marketing assets for product launches
- Produce clear, well-written communications in the form of website content, product descriptions and articles for internal clearance and submission to licensor for approval.
- Manage social media channels, responding to messages and comments and adhering to appropriate response measures.
- Track customer sentiment and its products across online media.
- Manage TV displays and signates in store together with Marketing Manager and Store Team to develop better customer experiences. This includes writing copy for character information signs, uploading video content.
- Assist in any marketing related activity for China's plans. Liaise with Chinese agency partner to develop localized Chinese content. This includes being able to translate, proofread and edit content for audiences in China.
- Conceptualise event and timeline planning including developing concepts and pitch decks for internal approval.
- Coordinate and execute on-site events.
What you'll bring
- Diploma Holder (or above) in any field / Demonstratable Portfolio
- Working experience in relevant fields: Toys/Collectibles, Retail Marketing, Digital, Marketing, Media Marketing, Merchandise, Fashion, Pop Culture
- Experience in developing Marketing strategies
- Basic Photoshop, Illustrator, and Aftereffects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Chinese social media platforms a plus
- Possess a knack for identifying great creative work
- Strong project management, multitasking and creative skills
- Experience in running events
- Comfortable with working in a fun, dynamic and fast-paced business landscape; flexible with no 9 to 5 mentality
