Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue and profit in a fast-paced and target driven environment, liaising with clients, on-boarding new clients, identifying new business opportunities, and successfully closing deals, hitting and exceeding KPIs.
- Build, organize and manage the business development team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to proactively pursue leads, achieve revenue targets and expand market share through strategic prospecting and networking.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individual and institutional clients in the Forex and CFD Institutional liquidity Market.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, setting budgets for sales & marketing expenditure for the team
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Other tasks delegated by the management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of industry-related business development experience
- In-depth understanding of financial markets in Forex and CFD brokerage, liquidity solutions, trading technologies and risk management is essential.
- Good IT skills & knowledge of Meta Trader MT4 platform
