Furama RiverFront, Singapore is currently looking for a diligent & efficient Sales Coordinator to join our team. Your responsibilities will include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other teams, handling administrative duties and promoting customer satisfaction.
Job Descriptions
· Attends weekly sales meeting as well as any other meetings chaired by the Director of Sales for the purpose of recording minutes.
· Control and keeps sufficient stock of hotel giveaways.
· Files official contracts, correspondences relating to the Sales department, representative offices, daily room reports & etc and maintains proper and effective filing system.
· Assists in handling telephone sales enquiries/calls.
· Handles routine correspondences and forwards to the concerned parties for follow-up actions.
· Carries out additional tasks and any other duties as may be assigned by the Director of Sales diligently and to the best of ability.
Job Requirements
· Minimum 1-year of experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous
· Good team development, leadership skills and computer literacy.
· Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
· The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
