Role Description
As we digitalize our business into E-Commerce, we are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst who will be responsible for all tasks related to SEO and SEM activities. The incumbent is required to develop effective digital marketing strategies and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness and leads generation for both Singapore and Indonesia market presence.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will report to the General Manager.
Your key Responsibilities involves:
1. Data Analysis and Insights:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital marketing channels, including social media, paid search, email marketing, website analytics, and display advertising, etc.
- Develop an action plan or marketing strategy for the company.
2. Campaign Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide recommendations for adjustments to campaign strategies based on data-driven insights, A/B testing, and best practices.
3. SEO and Content Analysis:
- Undertake SEO initiatives and monitor website rankings to improve organic search visibility, generate engaging content to captivate industrial audiences, foster website loyalty, and highlight our product offerings on our e-commerce store.
4. Data Tracking and Implementation:
- Ensure proper implementation and tracking of digital marketing tags and pixels including Google Tag Manager, Meta pixel, etc
- Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues to ensure accurate data collection.
5. Reporting and Presentation:
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to showcase the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
- Build and strengthen rapport with brand partners through our regular meetings on campaign performance, with data-driven recommendations
Job Requirements:
- 3 years+ of experience in digital marketing analytics or a related role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Piwik, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques such as Power BI
- In-depth understanding of SEO & SEM principles and best practices.
- Able to think with the campaign needs in mind and deliver innovative and effective solutions according to requirements.
- Experience in CRM and marketing automation software such as Hubspot, Dotdigital, or Salesforce
