To support them in their growth plans, they are looking for an Education Manager to join their team in Japan.
Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Education Director, this position will play a key role in driving and customizing training materials for their retail advisors across Japan in order to drive productivity and growth across the region.
Responsibilities will include:
- Plan and carry out seasonal seminars and all education programs in accordance to individual market launch strategy
- Actively plan and execute training sessions via creative means (online content, digital seminars) to engage retail advisors and increase sales excellence
- Travel across various domestic locations to educate advisors and staff on product knowledge/selling strategies to consistently enhance customers experience with the brand
- Collaborate closely with regional commercial teams to identify developmental needs for the market
- Manage all training concerns, incentive programs, workshops and conferences for staff
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Psychology or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in a training and/or customer-facing role with strong communication skills
- Prior industry experience in Cosmetic, Beauty, Luxury Goods, Hospitality industry will be preferrable
- Prior experience in Japan education training will be highly regarded
- Enthusiastic team-player with a passion to engage different stakeholders from different backgrounds
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to travel across different domestic locations in Japan
