Warehouse Assistant/Operator | Logistic | Ubi
Working Days / Time: Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm [No OT]
Salary: $ 2100 - $2600
Location: Ubi Techpark
- Reported to Business Admin Executive (Ops Team)
Job Duties:
- Assist in receiving goods, inspect goods to ensure that the goods received are of good quality.
- Assist in unloading and unpacking incoming shipments, carefully handling, and storing items in designated areas.
- Conducting regular inventory checks, maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with stock replenishment.
- Prepare orders by picking, packing, and labelling products according to delivery order/packing list.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that storage racks are free from obstructions.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and follow standard operating procedures to minimize workplace hazards.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures.
- Prepare delivery orders and invoices and arrange deliveries.
- You may have to perform ad-hoc duties whenever required.
Job Requirement:
- With relevant working experience
- Possess NITEC / Diploma in Logistic / Inventory Management
- Candidates with forklift licenses is added advantage
- Computer literacy with DO/PO input in ERP system
