Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain the SAP system landscape including production, development, and testing environments
• Perform system upgrades and patches as required
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system issues in a timely manner
• Create and maintain documentation related to the SAP system landscape
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
• Participate in system audits as required
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 6 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS components and modules
• Experience with SAP system upgrades and patches
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• SAP certification in BASIS administration is preferred
