Job Responsibilities:
- Setup and operate milling machine
- Conduct in process measurement and ensure product's quality
- Perform daily machine maintenance
- Troubleshoot machine breakdown and program error
- Ensure cleanliness, monitor process & machines discrepancy
- Carry out continuous improvement program
- Prepare CNC Program for Milling machine using Mastercam software
- Monitor and improve production cycle time and cost
- Design simple Tools and Fixtures to support production process
- Provide technical support to production department
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Technical Vocation Certification or N / O level or any technical qualification in Precision Machining Diploma or or related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of CNC Machine working experience in precision engineering manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge on CNC milling programming and HEIDENHAIN programming
- Under standard mechanical drawing, assembly and part level
- Familiar with CAM software like Mastercam & UG is an advantage
- Ability to muti-task
- Strong team player and able to work independently
