We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our team. The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to handle confidential information with discretion, and have a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees and managers.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics for employees and managers.
- Administer performance management processes, including performance appraisals and goal setting.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in human resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
