Responsibilities:
· Good management and sales skills
· Perform sales consultations
· Provide professional recommendations on products and treatments based on customers' needs
· Handle customers’ requests and enquiries
· To manage and motivate beauticians
· Ensure good customer experience and service standard
· To assist in making cold-calls to customers
· Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management
Requirements
· Strong in sales with new customers
· Good sales closing rates and proven sales records
· To meet personal sales target as well as outlet sales target
· Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
· Must have relevant sales experience in beauty wellness industries
· Responsible and positive attitude
· Able to communicate well with English and Chinese speaking customers
· Able to work on weekends and retail hours
· Professional certificates e.g. CIBTAC / CIDESCO an added advantage.
