Job Description
- To attend and take measurements during site meeting(s).
- To source, evaluate and negotiate the requirements of the contractual terms and conditions outlined in the contract. This includes the bill of quantities.
- Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs involved.
- Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts.
- Responsible for ensuring that the project is within the planned timeline & projected budget
- Liase with procurement department for any purchasing of material.
- Liase with logistics team to planning and deploy the correct machinery to the worksite.
- Submission of monthly progress claim, variation order (VO), progress report. You are also required to resolve any clarification in relation to the claims.
- Responsible for all project administrative works.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering , Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Team player
