- To carry out daily inspection of the hotel in all areas and to ensure the housekeeping standards are maintained to the highest level.
- Responsible for the proper scheduling of the Housekeeping Department, keeping in mind the forecast of daily occupancy
- Work closely with all Floor Supervisors to ensure the smooth operation for the department
- To effectively schedule staff so as to maximize the manpower available.
- To maintain inventory records and control of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and guest supplies, Rooms and F & B linens.Maintain strict inventory and purchases control over all controllable items
- Oversee jobs done by external contractors, such as outside laundry, pest control, flora and landscape, etc
