Role: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization spanning various products, sales channels, and geographies in order to grow brand love that cascades into sales for our organisation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and tactics to to grow awareness & loyalty for our products & services
- Formulate strategic marketing calendar across a variety of channels, & deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Take ownership of all consumer-facing collaterals & POSM materials, ensuring they comply with our company's brand guidelines
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Produce valuable and engaging content for web & social channels that convert into sales
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and propose campaigns across all media channels accordingly, including informing new product development based on changing consumer behaviors
- Act as the company's point of contact for media press releases, giveaways, campaigns, and maintain relationships with media outlets & press
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience in a Marketing, Brand, and Communications
- Min. Bachelor of Science in Marketing or similar
- FMCG and F&B experience preferred
- Experience in managing campaigns across multiple geographies preferred
- Adaptable, flexible, and suitable for fast-paced, high growth environment
