Our client is a modern, fast-casual restaurant brand that redefines the way people experience and enjoy classic American favourites. is on the lookout for passionate individuals who are keen to pursue a career in the dynamic F&B industry, to be placed under their management trainee program. Under this program, candidates will gain in-depth insights into F&B operations and the management of our restaurants, providing a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Front-of-House and Back-of-House Operations: Gain hands-on experience in the core operational areas, including customer service, cashiering, food preparation, kitchen operations, and quality control.
- Team Leadership: Develop leadership skills by working closely with restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a smoothly operating team.
- Guest Service Excellence: Monitor guest feedback and respond professionally to any issues or concerns. Strive to create a memorable and positive dining experience for all guests.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management:Learn the intricacies of managing inventory, ordering supplies, and optimizing stock control.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Follow established safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Assist with daily cleaning and sanitization tasks in the dining area and service areas.
Requirements
- No experience required! You just need to have a passion for the F&B industry, be resilience to challenges, and a strong desire to pursue a career in restaurant management.
- Minimum Nitec in Hospitality Operations or relevant qualifications.
- Previous experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Driven and willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic and evolving industry.
- 5-days work week, must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
