Patient Service Associate / Enrolled Nurse / Clinic Assistant

Tasks
- Assist doctors during the treatment and examination of patients.
- Assist in reporting or analysing of department's or clinic's statistics and data.
- Identify situations where patients require additional attention.
- Liaise with patients and other stakeholders to provide services to patients.
- Manage patients' feedback and enquiries.
- Monitor inventories of non-clinical items.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
- Participate in the execution of designated emergency response tasks.
- Perform basic clinical procedures.
- Perform bed bookings.
- Perform measurement of basic health parameters.
- Perform patient registration and discharge.
- Perform payment collection procedures, insurance billings procedures.
- Prepare consultation rooms.
- Prepare patients for physical examination or minor procedures to be performed by doctors.
- Prepare patients' records and documentation pre- and postconsultation and procedures.
- Provide financial counselling to patients.
- Provide patient and caregiver education where necessary.
- Provide post-consultation instructions where necessary.
- Reconcile daily monetary transactions.
- Schedule appointments for patients.
