As a Confinement Marketing Executive, you will work together with the Sales and Management Team to promote and sell our confinement packages. Your core tasks will include:
Responsibilities:
· · Be able to present, promote and sell company products/services.
· · Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to customers.
· · Use product knowledge to make relevant recommendations and increase customer satisfaction.
· · Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our confinement food menu, ingredients, dietary requirements, and delivery policies.
· · Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their deliveries and address any delivery-related concerns.
· · Keep up with the market trends and develop marketing strategies to support the business expansion.
· · Maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure future sales and repeat business.
· · To be actively involved in the search for business opportunities and new marketing tools to increase sales and ultimately improve the profitability of the Confinement Centre.
· · Establish sponsorships and co-branding opportunities with potential business partner.
Requirements:
· · Diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent. Prior sales and BD experience is an advantage.
· · Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
· · Knowledge of confinement food traditions, dietary requirements, and postpartum care is a plus.
· · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
· · Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
· · Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
