Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct complex analyses of business processes, data, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and provide strategic recommendations
• Lead projects to support business objectives, including project planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and develop solutions that meet business needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in the industry and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and experience with complex data analysis and modeling • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of business processes and systems, with experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques is a plus
