Duties and Responsibilities:
· Undertake and be overall responsible for project site management, supervision and contract follow up works.
· Liaise with client, owner, building management, consultant, design firm, main contractor, sub-contractor, supplier, vendor and others where necessary.
· Monitor and oversee work execution by own construction team, sub-contractor, supplier and vendor.
· Oversee, coach and mentor the entire project team under your charge.
· Review project team work performance.
· Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment policies and practices, and quality and progress at project worksite.
· Attend project tender site show-round and tender briefing.
· Prepare tender document, costing, quotation, technical and commercial proposal and submit to client.
· Review and approve Method Statement, Schedule, Claim, Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedure for project.
· Conduct site meeting with project team and sub-contractors and monitor site progress.
· Attend regular internal and external meeting.
· Prepare monthly report for management.
· Comply with company and project rules and requirements.
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
· Degree in Civil Engineering, others Engineering or equivalent.
· At least 2 years of experience in executing construction operations.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
· Meticulous and highly detail-orientated.
Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills to facilitate stakeholder management.
