RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out preventive maintenance, service & repair of all products handled by the company in accordance to planned schedule.
- Provide feedback to the manager regarding product condition in the field.
- Assist in installation, testing & commissioning, and user training activities
- Build and maintain good customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction
- Undertake other special tasks as and when instructed by the Management.
Pre-requisite:
- Diploma/NITEC in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- OR
- NTC 3 in related engineering with at least 2 years working experience in related field, preferably in Medical Devices
- Ability to work independently and interact with people at all levels.
- Tactful, service-oriented and work according to instruction/order.
- Ability to work as a team
